Roasted Cauliflower Leaves
Cauliflower leaves. Don't throw them away! You can cook these little beauties! Just treat them the same way you would cabbage (it's actually the same thing!)
- Line your baking sheet with parchment.
- Tenderly lay your leaves across the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, a few cumin seeds and some chilli flakes.
- Bake @ 180 for 10 mins. Flip. Serve!
