Add Chioggia Beetroot Bunch
Say hello to Chioggia Baby Beetroot! đź’—
Grown by Southern Fresh in Hamilton, these beautiful little beets come bunched with their leafy green tops still attached. Slice them open and you’ll find the gorgeous pink-and-white rings Chioggia beetroot is famous for.
Roast them whole, slice them into salads, pickle them, or cook them alongside your favourite roast veggies.
And don’t throw those tops away! 🌱 The leaves are completely edible and can be cooked just like silverbeet. Sauté them with a little garlic and butter, toss them into a stir-fry, or add them to soups and curries. Two veggies for the price of one. We love that.
