Two Ingredient Orange & Chocolate Mousse
Minimal effort, maximum smugness. Two ingredients, one dreamy mousse.
Serves: 2 misfits
Ingredients
-
200 ml fresh orange juice (squeeze it yourself, you’ll taste the love)
-
120 g dark chocolate (the good stuff, at least 70% if you’re fancy)
Method
-
Grate a little orange zest first and stash it away for your garnish.
-
Juice your oranges, pop the juice in a small pot, and bring it up to a boil.
-
Break your chocolate into chunks and toss it into a food processor.
-
Pour the hot orange juice over the chocolate and blitz until it’s smooth, glossy, and basically irresistible.
-
Divide between jars, glasses, or whatever vessels make you feel fancy.
-
Sprinkle with that saved zest and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Then? Dig in. Two ingredients, pure magic.
