Imagine a dessert so simple yet bursting with flavour that you can whip it up in minutes. That’s exactly what you get with this 1 Ingredient mandarin Sorbet! Just mandarins in the freezer, blend, and serve!

This is our new go to sweet treat, for when you just need a little something special to finish off the evening's dinner menu! The natural sweetness of the mandarin, combined with their tangy kick, creates a perfect balance that's both refreshing and satisfying. You can keep it pure or add a touch of honey, maple syrup, or even some fun toppings to make it your own (we added grated dark chocolate).

Whether you’re looking for a healthy snack or a delightful treat to share with your kids, this mandarin sorbet is a winner. No ice cream machine needed—just your food processor and some ripe mandarins. Trust me, once you try this, you’ll be hooked!



  • Ripe, seedless mandarins


  1. Freeze the Mandarins: Peel and segment the mandarins. Place them ona plate or tray in the freezer until completely frozen (preferably overnight)
  2. Blend to Sorbet: Transfer the frozen mandarin segments to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. The mixture will look quite dry and like it is not holding together but keep blitzing and scraping down the sides until it looks like sorbet! (Pressing it down with a spatula helps)
  3. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately - don't re-freeze this sorbet as it will get grainy. Serve with your favourite toppings: we used shaved dark chocolate! 🤤
