Finger limes are a unique citrus fruit, sometimes called "citrus caviar" for their tiny, tangy pearls that burst in your mouth. Originally native to Australia, these ones are grown right here in Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay. Zesty and fresh, they’re perfect for adding a pop of flavour to seafood, cocktails, and desserts!
NOTE: 50g is around 4-5 finger limes. These lil dudes go a LONG way.
