Roasted Fennel

Roasted fennel can be the perfect side for your favourite grilled sausages, a nice steak or some pork; all cooked in one pan!

Prep your fennel buy cutting the tops and slice them thinly, you can use them later as garnish to top up your dish, which will add freshness and the crunchy factor to your dish.

- Cut the bulb lengthwise in half, then each half into 3 (lengthwise too).
- Cut the core off.
- Place in a bowl drizzle with salt and pepper.
- Add to your pan after you cook your meat, with a finger deep of water, capturing all the leftover juices from your protein.
- Cook for at least 5 min until fennel is soft.

Serve with your favourite meat, top up with fresh fennel slices.
