BBQ Savoy Cabbage Wedges

  1. Preheat your BBQ!
  2. Slice the cabbage into wedges, making sure the root stays intact. This is important! You’ll want the cabbage to stay together on the grill, so don’t cut off the root. (If your cabbage is really small, you can just cook it in half)
  3. Grill until tender and charred, about 5 minutes per side. Make sure to season a bit with S & P (and even with a bit of olive oil or butter if you're feeling extra cheeky!)

  5. Serve and enjoy!
